SCHEDULE

After the quote is approved and the deposit paid, we will contact you within 24/48h  to schedule your cleaning at a convenient time for you and your family.

Service time windows are given, which can be up to a 2 hour window. Our teams will arrive during the time window given for your service.​

For returning customers, every effort to schedule your future visits on the same day/time frame will be made. 

You will be receiving reminders about our scheduled visits. 

PETS 

Your pets need to be safe during our cleaning process. Please make sure they are in a safe and secure place. We love furry friends and don't want anything bad happen to them. Wet floors can be dangerous for them too! 

REMINDERS

You will receive a booking confirmation from our automated system as well as reminders about the visit: 5 days, 2 days before, and on the day of the cleaning ON THE WAY text 30-60min before the arrival.

If you need to cancel or reschedule- please get familiar with our cancellations rules and additional fees.

PICK UP

You hired us to clean surfaces and that is what we do best! Please make sure that your home is picked up before the visit (dishes in the sink, clothing on the floors, kids/pets toys put away) Our job goes much smoother when your home is prepared for us. Excessive picking up will take time and can result in additional 

HOME ACCESS

Let us know how we will access your property: if someone will be at home? garage code? other instructions. Let us know where we can park and please turn off your alarm system if you will not be present.

REQUESTS

We can accommodate special requests as long as we know ahead of time, at least 48h. Same day requests are possible but not guaranteed, and additional cost may apply. Please contact office, not the cleaning team for information about any extra tasks. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. We typically send an invoice by the end of the day or within 24h. 

We accept Zelle/QuickPay, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, All Major Credit Cards. For Apple Pay and Credit Card payments there is an additional 5% fee.

SUPPLIES

We provide non toxic, human and pet friendly cleaning supplies and high quality equipment. Each regular home will be provided microfiber cleaning cloths that will stay at clients home for future use. We ask to provide us with one roll of paper towel per cleaning and 2-3 garage bags, plus any specific liners for trash containers if you use them.

EVERY TOILET NEEDS TO HAVE IT'S OWN TOILET BRUSH. We do not carry toilet brushes with us, or carry toilet brushes throughout the house. If your home has 4 toilets, 4 toilet brushes need to be by each toilet. 

CANCELLATIONS

Deposit is non-refundable if the  cleaning is cancelled within 48h prior to the scheduled visit. 

If a cancellation is requested less than 48 business hours prior to the service, 50% of the cleaning cost will be charged (regular service only). Your cost for the next regular visit will be adjusted by +30% your typical cost. 

We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for the cleaning crew. We appreciate your understanding.

PHOTOS

By signing our quote, you agree to our terms of service. 

Occasionally we will be taking photos of our work, before and after, any damages photos, on the job, etc. 

Those are taken for training purposes and social media marketing. 

We will never take photos that could compromise your privacy, and don't intend to post anything that is not aligned with a purpose of training and showing results of our work and skill. 

If you don't want us to take photos, please let us know before the visit so we can honor your request. 

RESCHEDULING

We will make every effort to help with rescheduling, but we can't guarantee the spot. If you need to reschedule within 48h prior to the visit, (excluding weekends) 50% of the cost will be charged in addition to regular cost. 

Please keep in mind that we are a small family owned business and any cancellations, or rescheduling can be very damaging to our company. Especially when we are notified at the last minute.
