Whether you’re moving into a new home or preparing to leave one behind, our expert team ensures that every corner is thoroughly cleaned and ready for a fresh start.

From scrubbing floors and sanitizing kitchens to restoring bathrooms and tackling built-up grime, we handle it all.

We also offer specialty services like tile and grout deep cleaning, shower restoration, and window cleaning to ensure your home looks its best.

Premier Move IN- OUT Deep Cleaning Checklist

​Dusting and Wet Work: 

​

  • Cobwebs removed from hard to reach areas including closets

  • Light fixtures/fans/vents dusted and wet wiped where necessary

  • Trim/doors/window sills dusted and wet wiped where necessary

  • Fingerprints removed from woodwork, switch plates, door frames etc.

  • Baseboards dusted and/or wet wiped

  • All closets dusted, vacuumed​​​

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Waste baskets emptied

All of the above apply to all rooms including bedrooms, offices, lofts, hallways, staircases, foyers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. 

Every Room Tasks +

  • Top of the rangehood cleaned/polished

  • Top/Front of the stove cleaned/polished

  • Top/Front of the refrigerator cleaned/polished

  • Microwave inside/outside cleaned/polished

  • One set of each large appliance cleaned inside (refrigerator, oven, freezer)

  • Pantry closet dusted/wiped/floor cleaned

  • All cabinets cleaned inside

  • Cabinet fronts fully degreased and cleaned (top to bottom)

  • Backsplash degreased and cleaned

  • Garden window and window sills above sink cleaned

  • Sink & drain cleaned and disinfected

  • Chrome cleaned & polished

  • One set of sliding glass door cleaned inside/outside (weather permitting)

  • Tub/shower heavily scrubbed 

  • Toilet (around/behind it) cleaned and disinfected

ChicProClean - Move-In Service: Services We Do Not Perform

  • Home Preparation: The home must be empty at the time of service. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed before our team arrives.

  • Water and Electricity Supply: Ensure that water and electricity are available on the property during the cleaning to facilitate our services.

  • Access to the Property: Please provide clear access to the property, including any necessary keys, codes, or instructions for entry.

  • Blinds Cleaning/Dusting: We DO NOT clean or dust blinds of any kind due to the risk of breakage.

  • Laundry Service: We do not provide laundry services, including washing, drying, or folding.

  • Chandeliers or Delicate Light Fixtures: We do not clean chandeliers or fragile, intricate light fixtures.

  • Heavy Lifting or Furniture Moving: Our team cannot lift or move heavy furniture or appliances.

  • Exterior Window Cleaning: We focus on cleaning interior windows only and do not provide exterior window cleaning.

  • Carpet Shampooing: We do not offer full carpet shampooing services.

  • Biohazard or Hazardous Waste: We do not clean up biohazards, hazardous waste, mold, or bodily fluids.

  • Fireplaces or Wood Stoves: We do not clean fireplaces, wood stoves, or chimney interiors.

  • Outdoor Areas: We do not clean patios, garages, or other outdoor spaces.

  • High or Hard-to-Reach Areas: We avoid cleaning high ceilings or hard-to-reach areas that require a ladder taller than 2 steps. We do however use 24ft duster to reach these areas.

  • Dishes: We do not wash, dry, or put away dishes.

  • Washer and Dishwasher: We do not start or operate washers or dishwashers under any circumstances.
