Home Preparation: The home must be empty at the time of service. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed before our team arrives.

Water and Electricity Supply: Ensure that water and electricity are available on the property during the cleaning to facilitate our services.

Access to the Property: Please provide clear access to the property, including any necessary keys, codes, or instructions for entry.

Blinds Cleaning/Dusting: We DO NOT clean or dust blinds of any kind due to the risk of breakage.

Laundry Service: We do not provide laundry services, including washing, drying, or folding.

Chandeliers or Delicate Light Fixtures: We do not clean chandeliers or fragile, intricate light fixtures.

Heavy Lifting or Furniture Moving: Our team cannot lift or move heavy furniture or appliances.

Exterior Window Cleaning: We focus on cleaning interior windows only and do not provide exterior window cleaning.

Carpet Shampooing: We do not offer full carpet shampooing services.

Biohazard or Hazardous Waste: We do not clean up biohazards, hazardous waste, mold, or bodily fluids.

Fireplaces or Wood Stoves: We do not clean fireplaces, wood stoves, or chimney interiors.

Outdoor Areas: We do not clean patios, garages, or other outdoor spaces.

High or Hard-to-Reach Areas: We avoid cleaning high ceilings or hard-to-reach areas that require a ladder taller than 2 steps. We do however use 24ft duster to reach these areas.

Dishes: We do not wash, dry, or put away dishes.

Washer and Dishwasher: We do not start or operate washers or dishwashers under any circumstances.
